These Terms govern use of services by 1st Klass AI Consultants.

1. Program Overview

The SMS Notifications Program sends service alerts, reminders, confirmations, support messages. By opting in, you consent to recurring SMS.

2. Opt-In Requirements

You confirm ownership of the number and understand message/data rates apply.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

Text STOP to opt out.

4. Rejoining

Text START, UNSTOP, or YES.

5. Help

Reply HELP or contact [email protected] or 888-385-5571.

6. Message & Data Rates

Carrier rates may apply.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers not responsible for delays or failures.

8. Privacy & SMS Data Protection

No mobile information will be shared for marketing/promotional purposes. SMS opt‑in data and consent are never provided to any entities except aggregators and SMS service providers. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We will send messages about general customer care, which may include appointment reminders and follow-ups and occasional marketing messages to those who have opted in to receive messaging.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse systems.
